The Wheel of Time keeps rolling along. It’s been nearly 5 months since my last blog post. I’m not sure why I have lost interest in keeping this blog updated. Maybe that desire will rekindle itself someday. I certainly have not lost any interest in photography! I still get out and shoot just as much as I used to. I even like the improvements that I believe that I am achieving.
I do spend far less time on the internet now, and I am much happier because of it. Oh I still get on the internet, it’s just that I don’t use it much as a source of entertainment any more (but that could change at any time).
Anyway, I don’t really have anything meaningful to say, but I did want to update my blog, just to see if I remember how to do it. And I’m sure that you are sick and tired of seeing Marcia Ball as my most recent blog post photo!
I have been too busy lately to spend any leisure time on the internet or read anyone else’s blog. Right now I am too busy to put together a new blog post of my own. Well, OK I did find the time to create this little post.
I did go out on my Saturday morning walk, and took my camera with me, but I haven’t had the time to do anything more than just get the photos onto my computer and back them up. Things should slow down to something more “normal” by this next weekend.
If you remember the Indian Head TV test pattern shown above, then you realize that this station is only temporarily off the air. Thanks for stopping by!
I surprised myself today and actually got my old photo galleries up into my new web site this afternoon! If you look at the little black bar below my logo at the top, you should now see [About Gregg], [Contact Gregg], and [Photo Gallery] menu items. If you hover your mouse over that last one you should see it pop-down, showing the sub-menu items.
Clicking on any of those sub-menu items should open that web gallery in a new window.
Of course, they still have the dark gay background theme of my old web site, so maybe I’ll put some effort soon into making them look like they belong with this new web site.
Now that I’m getting more comfortable with this new WordPress method of creating and managing my web site, I should be able to concentrate more on photography again soon. If you like what you see, click on the “Leave a Reply” link right below this line.
